General household rules

1.Guests are bidden to vacate the premises at 12.00 hours on the day of departure or at a time agreed upon beforehand. In case of none compliance, an extra day rental will be charged.

2.The owners of the Quinta Maravilha are not obliged to extend the duration of an earlier agreed upon period.

3.Guests shall be held fully responsible for any damage to the premises or its furnishings during their stay.

4.Guests who feel treated incorrectly or unfriendly can lodge their complaint with the local Tourist Promotion Board and/or enter same in the complaints book that is kept at the premises for their use.
